Do you work with clients outside Brazil?
Yes. We work with clients remotely from anywhere in the world. All meetings are via video call at times that work for both sides. We work in English and Portuguese.
What if I don't know exactly what I need?
That is exactly what the free discovery call is for. You describe the problem, we ask the right questions and come back with a clear recommendation, even if that means pointing you in a different direction.
How does payment work?
We split payments into milestones: project start, intermediate deliveries and final handover. No large upfront payments, no invoices for work not yet delivered.
What if something goes wrong after delivery?
All projects include 30 days of post-delivery support. If something does not match the agreed scope, we fix it at no extra charge and with no negotiation.
